For several years, I ran a successful book coaching practice, where I edited novels that went on to be published by big New York publishers, smaller presses and hybrid presses, as well as some that were successfully self-published.  

While going through the rigorous training to become a certified book coach/editor, I learned how to analyze what makes successful stories “work.” 

My goal here is to share some of that knowledge with you for use in your next book club discussion. After all, we readers love to talk story with other readers!
